Tucked away in a quiet part of Nefyn, our holiday cottage is just a 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Nefyn Beach, known for its breathtaking sunsets over the bay.
With local shops only 5 minutes away and nearby attractions like a craft brewery, the Amgueddfa Forwrol Llŷn Maritime Museum, and a range of dining options—including a hotel restaurant, Indian cuisine, and a fantastic takeaway—everything you need is close at hand.
Our dog-friendly cottage is designed for your comfort, featuring a cosy wood-burning stove and a sunny garden patio with a large rattan table and comfortable chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. Families will love the nearby children’s playground, while couples can enjoy the peaceful ambiance. With high-speed broadband, a welcome basket on arrival, and free parking just a 3-minute walk away, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay special.

The cottage is one of four terraced properties that were built in the 1840s. All the gardens are at the front of the properties. Free parking is available a 3 minute walk away.
The patio area has a new rattan table, 6 chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.
We provide everything you need for a trip to the beach, wind break, deck chairs even bucket and spades for the beach.

Where possible we prefer bank transfer but there also is a facility that you can pay via stripe transfer (debit and credit cards) which will be on our confirmation email.
You can book directly with us using the “Book Now” button where you will be taken to a secure booking site. All our offers will be listed.
A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email. The balance payment is due 4 weeks before your booking.
Check in time is 3.30pm Check out is 10am. We can be flexible if we have no guests arriving or departing on the same day.
Two dogs are welcome at the cottage but we do ask that they are kept downstairs and not left alone. As dog owners ourselves, we consider pets to be part of the family and do not charge extra. We provide dog bowls, bags and there’s an outside tap for muddy paws.
Within a 5 minute walk from the cottage there is hotel (Nanhoran) with a restaurant and a sports bar. There is also a good Indian restaurant and a great takeaway that makes pizza, burgers, kebabs, fried chicken and fish and chips.
Nefyn also has it’s own amazing brewery “Cwrw Llŷn”. A must visit for beer lovers.
The beach is within walking distance. At a leisurely stroll it is approx 15 minutes.
Although we are situated in a very quiet part of Nefyn we are still near many local amenities.
Within a 5 minute walk there is a supermarket, chemist, newsagents, local community owned pub, hotel (with restaurant) an Indian restaurant and also a good takeaway.
Our garden is at the front of the property. There is a free car park a 3 minute walk from the cottage
No we can be flexible apart from August where it is Saturday to Saturday
The cottage was built in 1830 and the stairs to the first floor are steep. The property would not be suitable for some-one with a physical disability.
The cottage is ideally suited for small families and couples. You may find having 6 adults in the cottage a tight squeeze. Please view the floor plan.
Yes, we offer discounts the longer you stay with us. Our website prices will reflect this.

We have a windbreak (with the essential mallet), beach chairs, beach boules, buckets, spades, beach rackets.
We currently have:
Amazon Prime, Now TV (entertainment) and Apple TV. These are all logged in and we do request that you don’t sign out. We do have other apps such as Netflix which you are welcome to use your own login details.
Our garden shed has enough space to fit 2 adults size bikes and 2 smaller bikes.
We are pleased to inform you that all bookings made after 1st August 2020 are covered by our no quibble refund policy which offers a full refund if you cancel at anytime up to 14 days before your arrival. This gives you peace of mind when booking. If you cancel after this and we are able to rebook the property a full refund will be given.
